TERMS & CONDITIONS POLICY This document outlines the terms and conditions for Sahyadri MediaTech’s services. By using our services, you agree to be bound by the following terms:
DIGITAL GOODS
Our digital products, including workbooks and planners, are downloadable files, and no physical items will be shipped to you.
Instant downloads are delivered upon confirmation of payment. Due to the nature of digital products, no refunds are offered.
WEBSITE DESIGN
We provide an extensive portfolio to help you evaluate our quality before hiring us. If you have questions or reservations, contact us prior to making any payment.
Payments for custom design projects are made in increments as a courtesy to clients. Once a payment or deposit is made, it is non-refundable.
If a project is canceled or postponed, all payments made are retained by Sahyadri MediaTech. If applicable, additional fees for work completed beyond the paid amount must be paid by the client.
WEBSITE MAINTENANCE
When requesting new text or content additions, clients must provide all text (in digital format) and images/photos.
Unused maintenance hours do not roll over to subsequent months. No refunds are provided for unused hours.
An administrative fee of $25 will be charged for late payments or declined credit card transactions.
Clients may cancel or renew services anytime through their account page.
Sahyadri MediaTech reserves the right to terminate agreements at any time with written notice.
SEO/MARKETING
Clients acknowledge that search engines and directories operate independently, and Sahyadri MediaTech has no control over their policies or timelines.
Search engine rankings and listings may take 2-4 months or longer to reflect changes, and listings may be dropped without warning.
Sahyadri MediaTech is not responsible for changes made to a client’s website by third parties that negatively impact rankings.
Indemnification
Clients agree to indemnify and hold Sahyadri MediaTech harmless from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from: a) Content provided by the client (text, images, videos, etc.) b) Claims of intellectual property infringement related to client-provided content.
Sahyadri MediaTech must provide prompt written notice of claims and allow the client to control the defense.
Disclaimer
Sahyadri MediaTech provides services “as is” and does not guarantee specific results or performance.
We disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
If any provision of this agreement is deemed unlawful or unenforceable, it will be severed without affecting the remaining provisions.
Limited Liability
Sahyadri MediaTech is not liable for indirect, special, or consequential damages, including lost profits or data, even if advised of such possibilities.
No refunds are provided for services, and no warranties are made regarding third-party products or services.
CONFIDENTIALITY
Both parties agree to keep all Proprietary or Confidential Information in strict confidence. This includes, but is not limited to, business methods, trade secrets, contracts, reports, and financial information.
FORCE MAJEURE
Neither party will be liable for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond their reasonable control, such as natural disasters, strikes, or government actions. Affected parties must notify the other party promptly and take reasonable steps to minimize impacts.
PRINT MEDIA DESIGN
Design fees paid to Sahyadri MediaTech are non-refundable.
Printing costs are refundable only if an error is determined to be Sahyadri MediaTech’s fault.
We are not responsible for damages due to incorrect specifications provided by the client or errors caused by third-party printers.
Design files are delivered via email or online. No physical items will be shipped.
By using Sahyadri MediaTech’s services, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these terms and agree to abide by them.
